The following terms and conditions apply to the free web site provided to students with The Hypnosis Academy NGH Hypnosis Certification Course.

Your enrollment in such a class implies that you have read, understand and accepted these terms and conditions.

Package Specifications

The Hypnosis Academy provides the students of the NGH Certification Class with the following:

One operational web site of three standard pages. These pages will be based on your choice of one of several template designs and will have sections on each page for user created information and content.

While The Hypnosis Academy will assist students whenever possible, the student is soley responsible for creation, deployment and maintenance of the content of the web site.

A provided web hosting package for a 1 year period that includes 1 registered domain name of the student's choosing (dependent on exclusive availability). The Hypnosis Academy currently provided hosting package, as of 1/1/2010, is provided by 1 and 1, Inc.,and contains these included features:

* Private domain registration

* Starter WebsiteBuilder

* Search engine tools

* 1 GB mailbox

* Domain forwarding

* Parking Page

* DNS Management for full control over your domain including

* Your choice of name server as well as the ability to change IP address and mailserver

* URL Masking and unlimited e-mail forwarding

* Domain access with and without "www" makes it even easier for people to reach your site

* Compatibility with IDN (Internationalized Domain Names)

* Easy management through the Control Panel

* 24/7 Support by phone and e-mail (from hosting provider for hosting services)

These specifications are subject to change at any time due to pricing and availability of options. The Hypnosis Academy cannot promise that every one of these features will be available to you at the time yoou receive your package.

Licensing, Warranties and Limitations

Any templates that are used and/or provided to you have a license agreement placed with the web files. It is your responsibility to locate and abide by the conditions of this agreement.

The Hypnosis Academy makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. The Hypnosis Academy also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose and will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by Student, including, but not limited to, loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions by any cause or errors or omissions of Student, weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of God, action of any governmental or military authority, failure caused by telecommunication or other Internet provider, or other forces or occurrences beyond The Hypnosis Academy’ control.

The Hypnosis Academy will also not be responsible for the proper functionality of modifications that are not made during the original deployment by The Hypnosis Academy, unless under a separate maintenance or services contract. The Hypnosis Academy does not provide any web site search optimization other than a standard "head" section of the pages and does not provide any web site search engine submission, linking or other promotional services services, other than those provided by the hosting services provider or those that might be specified under a separate, additional maintenance or services contract.

The exclusive remedy against The Hypnosis Academy, for any damages whatsoever to the Student arising out of or related to this provided service shall not exceed the charges and costs paid by The Hypnosis Academy with respect to the then current specifics of this promotion or $35 USD, whichever is less.

Use of any information obtained by way of The Hypnosis Academy is at Student's own risk, and The Hypnosis Academy specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

Connection speed represents the speed of an end-to-end connection. The Hypnosis Academy does not represent any guarantees of speed or availability of end-to-end connections. The Hypnosis Academy expressly limits its damages to Student for any non-accessibility time or other down time to the pro-rata monthly charge during the system unavailability. The Hypnosis Academy specifically denies any responsibilities for any damages arising as a consequence of such unavailability.

The Hypnosis Academy NGH Certification Courses

The Hypnosis Academy and Chester County Hypnosis provides students with approved training in the National Guild of Hypnotists Certified Hypnotist, Certified Consulting Hypnotist or Certified Hypnotyherapist Course. We operate under the NGH Code of Ethics and the NGH Instructor Contract that specifies how we conduct our business, practice hypnosis and treat our Students and students.

All students are required to complete all training, do all assignments and complete all assigned work before being eligible to take the NGH Certified exam, which is given at the end of the NGH Certification Course. Failure to complete required training and/or assignments will prevent the student from being eligible to either qualify, or to take, the examination for NGH Hypnosis Certification.

Being a Hypnotist is one of the most rewarding careers you could ever imagine and having the talent, the skills and the ability to help people overcome their biggest obstacles is truly an uplifting experience for anyone. Not everyone is cut out to be a Hypnotist, Sigmund Freud wasn't, but many more people than realize it can master all of the basic skills, techniques and understandings to be able to be successful.

You can learn the skills of Hypnosis out of a book, but you'll soon find that you really need the practical experience of using those skills under the guidance of a professional instructor in order to start and build a sucessful hypnosis practice.

The only way to do that is by doing it with a professional instructor in a setting where you can learn by doing.
